Prof. Melih Cemal KUŞHAN, Head of our Department and also the Director of the Aviation and Space Technologies Application and Research Center (HUZTAM), will be the keynote speaker at the International Symposium on the 20th Anniversary of the 1999 Montreal Convention, which will be organized by the Ankara Bar Association Air and Space Law Board between 4-5 November 2023.
